If you are a real estate agency client
Great news! We are available 24/7 for emergency smoke alarm services to our real estate agency clients with an active Platinum or Gold Package membership and the affected property is an enrolled rental property.
If a change in alarm is required to solve the issue, we’ll try to replace it with the same brand of smoke alarm if available, however, when this is not possible, we’ll replace the alarm with an alternate brand. In some cases, there may be an increase in the cost of the replacement alarm which will be applied to the invoice.
If you have a faulty smoke alarm eg a beeping or sounding alarm, please contact your property manager as the first step. Your property manager will arrange the emergency assistance to solve the problem for you.
