SMOKE ALARM MAINTENANCE & COMPLIANCE SERVICE
| Inspect, clean and maintain all existing smoke alarms | ||
| Change the smoke alarm batteries where necessary | ||
| Test smoke alarm decibel output | ||
| Relocate existing 9 volt smoke alarms when required | ||
| Check and record alarm expiry dates | ||
| Check smoke alarms for Australian Standard | ||
| Safety Switch Testing (RCD Testing) and reporting | ||
| Clean up and leave courtesy calling card for Tenant | ||
| At completion, issue a Smoke Alarm Compliance Certificate or report issues to the Agent | ||
| Any faulty smoke alarms installed by others and that are not able to be replaced under a warranty, we will issue a quote to replace |
CORDED WINDOW COVERING COMPLIANCE SERVICE
| Inspect all window covering cords and ensure compliance with current legislation | ||
| Include supply and installation of replacement cleats, tensioning devices + warning labels to maintain compliance | ||
| At completion, issue a Corded Window Covering Compliance Certificate or report issues |
